Get started with ContentCloud

Open an account, explore the products available to you, and decide what fits your organisation. Our onboarding team will contact you to understand your needs and help you get started. Creating an account is not a commitment to a fixed-price bundle of products.

Evaluate CCBot with a 14-day trial

The 14-day CCBot trial starts with your first content upload for ingestion and ends when the time window ends or your trial credits are used up, whichever comes first. No card is required; paid access requires an explicit upgrade.

  • Your first content upload for ingestion starts the trial, not account creation.
  • The trial includes an allocation of credits. Our team can confirm the allowance and help you scope a useful evaluation.
  • Reasoning is available during the trial for registered end users on the web and consumes more credits.
  • There is no permanent Free subscription and no automatic paid conversion at the end of the trial.

Product availability and access arrangements are product-specific. A CCBot trial is not a subscription to every ContentCloud product. For evaluations involving security review or custom integrations, discuss a separately scoped pilot with our team.

Usage-based or Enterprise: what changes?

These are ways to work with ContentCloud, not a single subscription fee covering all products. Select what you need after opening your account. Product-specific charges and Enterprise commitments are confirmed during onboarding or in your agreement.

Usage-based

For organisations getting started with available products and scaling with use.

  • Choose products and review their commercial terms inside your account
  • Usage consumes credits, according to the product and features you use
  • EU-hosted service with guided onboarding
  • Our team helps scope your content, users and evaluation

Enterprise

For customised setups, advanced capabilities and contractual requirements.

  • Dedicated EU cloud, private cloud or on-premises deployment
  • Advanced integrations, SSO and deployment-specific controls
  • Model-provider Zero Data Retention commitments agreed in your contract
  • Tailored service-level agreement (SLA) and support arrangements
  • Security review, procurement support and a scoped implementation

Understand usage before you commit

Content ingestion and AI requests contribute to usage. The product, amount of content and reasoning effort affect the credits you consume. For CCBot, the organisation offering the service pays for usage; registered end users are not billed for individual reasoning requests.

Our illustrative CCBot calculator estimates ingestion and standard inference only. It does not quote a subscription fee, include other products, or estimate reasoning credits. Ask our team to confirm costs for your intended setup.

What happens next?

1. Open your account

Continue to the ContentCloud product app to create your account and review the products and access options available to you.

2. Scope your evaluation

Our onboarding team contacts you about your workflows, content, users and privacy requirements. Choose a useful starting point rather than an all-products package.

3. Upload and evaluate

For CCBot, your first content upload for ingestion starts the 14-day, credit-limited trial. Test real questions, check sources and discuss paid access if it meets your needs.

Not sure which AI tools will help?

Our consultancy starts with your workflows, not a product purchase. We help identify useful AI applications, recommend tools and organisational changes, and plan adoption while preserving data sovereignty and privacy.

Memory: a separate invite-only pilot

Memory helps people recover work context and promote useful knowledge through governed sharing. Its invite-only pilot has its own access arrangements; it is not bundled into CCBot's trial or a single platform-wide subscription.

EU processing and clear data boundaries

Managed hosting and our model-provider processing use EU regions. Enterprise agreements define model-provider Zero Data Retention commitments and the scope of your deployment. Provider retention is separate from the content, conversation history and operational logs held by ContentCloud under the applicable retention rules.

Institutional procurement and complex deployments

A self-service trial is not a substitute for a deployment-specific security review or tender. We can scope a pilot, review data handling and integrations, and agree Enterprise contractual commitments, service levels and implementation support. Purchase orders and multi-year agreements can be discussed with our team.
