These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContentCloud's AI-powered search and knowledge management services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope & Definitions

These Terms govern your use of ContentCloud services, including CCBot, our AI assistant platform, and related features. "Services" means all ContentCloud products, software, and features. "Customer Content" means any data, documents, or information you upload or provide to our Services.

2. Account Registration & Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our Services
• Use our Services for unauthorized scraping or data mining
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
• Process personal data without proper legal basis under GDPR

3. Customer Content & Data Rights

You retain ownership of all Customer Content. You grant ContentCloud a limited license to:

• Host, process, and analyze your content to provide the Services
• Generate AI responses and citations based on your content
• Backup and secure your data within EU data centers

We do not use your Customer Content to train our AI models or share it with third parties, except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

4. Service Features & Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. Features may be added, modified, or discontinued with reasonable notice. Beta features are provided "as-is" and may be unstable. Support levels vary by plan as described on our Plans page.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

All data processing complies with GDPR and is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, we provide Data Processing Agreements (DPA) upon request. Your data remains within EU borders and is encrypted in transit and at rest.

6. Fees, Payment & Billing

Pricing is as shown on our Pricing page. Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may update pricing with 30 days' notice for existing customers.

7. Intellectual Property

ContentCloud retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and brand. You retain rights to your Customer Content. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by ContentCloud without compensation. Our Services may not be used to infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the use of Services. This includes technical information, business data, and any non-public information about our respective operations.

9. Warranties & Disclaimers

We provide Services with reasonable skill and care. However, AI-generated responses may contain errors and should be verified before use in critical decisions. We disclaim warranties for beta features and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of AI outputs.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months, except for cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, subject to applicable law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend Services immediately for material breaches. Upon termination, you may export your data for 90 days, after which it will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

12. EU Compliance & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, Athens. All data processing complies with GDPR. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece, or through binding arbitration if mutually agreed.

13. Changes & Contact
