Announcing CCBot Mobile Edition

We are approaching the launch of CCBot Mobile Edition — a new way to access trusted, cited AI answers from all supported CCBot installations in one mobile experience.

What is coming

  • Access all available CCBot installations from one mobile app.
  • Select the CCBot instances that are relevant to you without visiting each installed website separately.
  • Ask questions and interact with CCBot in your language of choice.
  • Use voice to chat with CCBot soon after launch.

CCBot was designed to help people access reliable information through grounded AI answers with clear citations. Until now, users typically interacted with each CCBot installation through the website or portal where it was embedded. That works well for site visitors, but it also means that users who rely on several CCBot-powered knowledge sources need to remember where each one lives.

CCBot Mobile Edition is our next step toward making access simpler. Instead of visiting each installed site individually, users will be able to open the mobile app, see a list of available CCBot installations, and select the ones that are most relevant to them.

One App, Multiple CCBot Installations

The mobile app will act as a single entry point for multiple CCBot deployments. A user might follow one CCBot installation for public information, another for institutional knowledge, and another for a specific project or knowledge domain. The app will bring those installations together in one place.

From the list, users will be able to choose which CCBot they want to interact with and start asking questions immediately. The goal is simple: keep CCBot available wherever users are, without forcing them to navigate through multiple websites first.

Use Your Language of Choice

Multilingual access remains central to CCBot. With CCBot Mobile Edition, users will be able to interact in their language of choice, making it easier to ask questions naturally and access information across supported CCBot installations.

This is especially important for European organisations and public-facing information services, where audiences often need to access the same knowledge in different languages.

Voice Interaction Is Coming Soon

We are also preparing voice interaction for CCBot Mobile. Soon, users will be able to speak to CCBot directly from their phone and receive answers through a more natural conversational flow.

Voice will make CCBot easier to use while travelling, working away from a desk, or simply when typing is not convenient. It is part of our broader direction toward making trusted AI assistance more accessible in everyday contexts.

Approaching Launch

We are now approaching the launch date of the mobile app and will share more details soon, including availability, onboarding, and the first supported CCBot installations.

If your organisation is already using CCBot, or if you are exploring a CCBot deployment and want mobile access to be part of the experience, we would be happy to discuss your use case.
